A message to every member of the movement
As we transition into a volunteer service enterprise, every position within the Doing Good Foundation is an opportunity to learn through role play. Your title is not just a position, it is a practical learning experience designed to help you develop leadership, communication, teamwork, and professional skills.
You do not have to work under someone forever to grow. We learn together, but the goal is for each Ambassador to become the best version of themselves, be confident enough to lead and mentor others.
As Country Director, my responsibility is to train, teach, guide, mentor, support, and empower you all to understand your role, perform it effectively, and develop the skills needed to excel and succeed. Once you have mastered your role, you should be able to pass that knowledge on to others.
Remember, Doing Good Ambassadors is a platform for building soft skills, entrepreneurial leadership, and volunteer service to humanity. We grow by learning, practicing, leading, and inspiring others.
